Ms Hang Phan has over 20 years’ experience in Building science, in the field of Acoustics, Fire, Thermal, Environmental and Sustainability solutions in Construction sector. Her first major is in Architecture at the University of Civil Engineering (NUCE) before extending the scope to Building management and Material, with R&D Project Leader certificate at Ecole University – France, MBA at International University of America, Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies with Cambridge University, Circular Economy for a Sustainable Built Environment with Delft University of Technology. Besides the current role as APAC Sustainability Director in Saint-Gobain Group, Hang has been the Chair of Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) since 2018, responsible for the VGBC Board of Directors to formulate strategic directions of the Council that drive the green building agenda for Vietnam.

Pursuing her personal calling to contribute the positive impact, she is also an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) & Trainer, specialized in Career, Leadership Coaching, Sustainability training and Consultancy.

Mr. Do Manh Dung, Specialist in Energy Management, 20 years of experience in Vietnam and internationals, Electrical & Automation Engineer, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Mini.MBA SMU, ex.Vice President Schneider Electric Vietnam, ex.Vice President Vietnam Business Council of Sustainable Development/VCCI, Leader of Eurocham Whitebook Energy Chapter 2014, Board member ò VGBC since 2010.

DR. NGO-VIET NAM-SON, President of NgoViet Architects & Planners, has been an Architect and planner with more than 35 years of professional and research & teaching experiences in Pacific Rim Countries, including Vietnam, The United States, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, …

He has had a large variety of working experiences in cooperation with leading international companies, teaching at renowned national & international universities, speaking at international conferences, and providing strategic consultancy to local governments.

He received a doctorate degree from University of Washington, and a master degree from University of California at Berkeley.

Yannick started his journey and his involvement in the construction sector by managing a Mechanical and Electrical contracting company in Viet Nam 20 years ago.

Passioned about sustainable development, he joined the Vietnam Green Building Council as its Executive Director in 2009. Within 4 years, he led the development of the organization, achieving the definition of the LOTUS Green Building (GB) scheme, the implementation of the first LOTUS certification projects, and the launch of a national GB training program. Currently, he works as an Energy Efficiency and GB specialist in Asia and Africa, advising governments and international development partners on EE building policy and codes, besides providing GB vocational trainings and technical advisory services to industry stakeholders.

Thien Duong is a Canadian Vietnamese architect who carries the distinction of being a Chartered Member with the Royal Institute of British Architects as well as Masterplanner. With an extensive background of over 25 years, he has contributed to significant architectural projects across various continents including Europe, North America, Africa, and Oceania. As a committed member of the Vietnam Green Building Council’s board of directors since its establishment, Thien has played a key role in shaping sustainable architecture practices. He is the Studio Leader of the award-winning Australian firm, GroupGSA in Vietnam, leveraging his local insight and international experience in sustainability to set new benchmarks in design and technology.

MSc. Architect. Vu Linh Quang has more than 15 years of experience in the field of design consulting, research and teaching of green buildings in Vietnam. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Green Building Council, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Green Architecture Club, and Executive Director of ARDOR Green.

With the ARDOR Green team, he has participated in typical projects including Lancaster Luminaire, Sembcorp Logistics, GawNP Industrial Center, Frasers Properties Industrial Parks, Starlake Urban Complex, Lotte Eco Smart City… With the green building philosophy as mandatory requirement for sustainable development, he hopes green buildings will be more popular in Vietnam in the future, contributing to improving people’s lives, improving building operations, and moving towards Net Zero in 2050.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – Director of Dat Viet Construction and Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company (VILANDCO), and also a member of the Board of Directors – Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC); Vice President of Vietnam Construction Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA-Vietnam) with nearly 20 years of experience in green building consulting, energy simulation and building performance consulting.
