Năng lượng:

Hệ thống điều hòa không khí có chỉ số COP cải thiện 35.1% và hệ thống chiếu sáng với mật độ công suất chiếu sáng LPD giảm 57% so với yêu cầu của QCVN 09:2013/BXD. Ngoài ra, 91.5% các thiết bị sử dụng điện có dán nhãn năng lượng hiệu quả.

Sức khỏe và Tiện nghi

• Sử dụng sơn và lớp phủ nội thất có hàm lượng hóa chất dễ bay hơi (VOC) thấp
• 88% diện tích sử dụng có tầm nhìn trực tiếp ra môi trường bên ngoài công trình.
