Located in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, the offices of Agence Française de Développement (AFD) are oriented West-East with 2 terraces. The office organization is by division. All the offices have natural lighting through the existing fixed glass windows. Other spaces which don’t require natural light as meeting rooms, archive, IT room, pantry and sanitary are in the middle of the plan. The HVAC system combines cooling and heating system with fresh air and air filter.
The project is being advised by AREP and aiming at Platinum level of LOTUS for Small Interior spaces.
LOTUS is a set of voluntary market-based green building rating systems developed by the VGBC through long-term research, with the expert advice of specialists giving particular consideration to Vietnam’s economic and natural characteristic and existing Vietnamese standards and policy.
