GIỚI THIỆU
Công trình toàn kính thường khó đảm bảo tiện nghi cho người sử dụng cũng như đạt được hiệu năng vận hành lý tưởng. Tuy nhiên, do những yêu cầu về thẩm mỹ, tiến độ thi công hoặc bảo trì – duy tu, nhà đầu tư vẫn rất ưa chuộng loại công trình này. Bên cạnh thế mạnh rõ ràng mà kính mang lại, việc đảm bảo tiện nghi nhiệt, chắn nắng, thông gió… cho các công trình toàn kính là những thách thức không hề nhỏ, đặc biệt là đối với những công trình cao tầng.
Sự kiện này nhằm thảo luận giải pháp thiết kế giúp cân bằng yêu cầu của nhà đầu tư và nhược điểm của công trình kính, mang lại những lợi ích lâu dài cho cả chủ đầu tư và người sử dụng công trình.
