• Solar hot water heaters and heat pump water heaters (for backup) installed.
• All occupied areas supplied with sufficient fresh air.
• 64.2% of the net occupied area is provided with good daylight.
• 52.6% of water savings through fixtures
• 100% of the irrigation demand met with treated wastewater
• 47.9% of the paved and roof area limits heat island effect
• 100% of non-structural walls are made of non-baked materials (concrete blocks and gypsum)
• 100% of paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, floorings with low-VOC content.
