LOTUS HOMES

LOTUS Homes was the first streamlined LOTUS rating system developed by the VGBC. LOTUS Homes assesses all types of single-family dwellings, which are defined under QCVN 03:2012/BXD & Circular 12/2012/TT-BXD.

LOTUS Homes has been developed to become a simple and workable system that can be applied to houses throughout Vietnam; it was the first of the LOTUS rating systems to provide a User Tool: a complete user interface with calculations and results automatically computed.
