On October 2, the Top 10 NITE event was held in Hanoi by Kien Viet in association with iHäus and KitchenTown. The program has the participation of many experts/architects who have participated and won Top 10 Awards in the past 5 years.
At this Top 10 NITE event, Mr. Douglas Lee Snyder – Executive Director of Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) shared about the topic: Passive design for “Net Zero” houses. This is an increasingly clear and urgent trend in many countries around the world.
Modern construction and architecture today are gradually moving towards new materials and solutions, sustainable architecture contributes to reducing carbon emissions from production, design or construction activities. Trend: Passive design for “Net Zero” houses has been and will continue to develop, especially in the face of climate change.
