🔑 Intent:

In an effort to improve the quality of green buildings and provide superior amenities, LOTUS has officially included the Mother’s Room (for expressing and storing breast milk in accordance with Decision 5175/QĐ-BYT) as an Innovation Strategy of the LOTUS assessment system. This aims to promote comfortable working environments and offer the best support for women during the postpartum period.

LOTUS Interiors: LT-4 Facilities and amenities for occupants

LOTUS Small Interiors: SE-BPC-1 Facilities and amenities for occupants

Other LOTUS systems: EP – Innovation Strategies

🔸 Requirement: Provide Mother’s Room(s) or Lactation Room(s) inside project in Compliance with the Requirements of the Decision 5175/QĐ-BYT.

🎯 Submission documents:

Provisional Stage: Architectural, interior, and MEP drawings of the Mother’s Room

Full Certification Stage: As-built drawings of the architecture, interior, and MEP systems of the Mother’s Room along with photos
