Introduction
LOTUS AP MEETUP #4 organized by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) aims to create a space for exchange and experience sharing among the LOTUS AP Expert community. This event is organized in conjunction with the LOTUS For Contractors Training 2024 – an activity providing knowledge about LOTUS green building assessment criteria in construction and completion of contracts.

Objectives
An overview of the LOTUS certification including energy, water, materials, indoor environmental quality and sustainable planning management. The focus is on the LOTUS New Construction V3 certification for contractors.
Instructions on sharing the benefits, responsibilities and obligations of contractors in implementing green projects.
