On 20th September 2013, Institute of Tropical Architecture and Vietnam Green Building Council cohosted the Green Architecture awards ceremony at Hanoi Architectural University . This ceremony was a part of the Green Building week 2013, which also included Green building for the Tropical Climate Conference as well as Technology and Building Materials Exhibition.
Nguyen Khac Phuoc won the first prize for “Regenerating the ground – Di An Quarry” project. The second prize was given for “Vertical Urban Agriculture – Nam An Khanh” project by Dang Xuan Tung and “Vietnamese Exhibition at the International WorldExpo Exhibition (Milano,2015)” project by Hoang Van Tuan gained the third prize. 3 Incentive awards went to “Ta Phin Tourist Hotel”, “Vietnamese Youth Museum” and “Improving National Hospital of Pediatrics” by Hoang Van Tuan, Nguyen Minh Duc and Le Dan Sam respectively.
