On the 15th of August, the VGBC was proud to celebrate GAMUDA LAND’s achievement of LOTUS New Construction Provisional Certification for its Elysian residential development project in District 9, HCMC. A very exciting event and ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the project site. Elysian excels in green building, in part, by focusing on sustainable materials, insulating building facades, and a strong biophilic connection to nature to support occupant and environmental health. Elysian has a built gfa of 142,061 m2 across multiple residential buildings.
