What buildings are eligible for LOTUS MFR certification?
LOTUS MFR can be used for all residential buildings of more than 4 floors and with multiple separate dwelling units.
Development of LOTUS MFR
LOTUS MFR Pilot was published in 2015 to supersede LOTUS Residential which had been released in 2011, was outdated and was not in phase with the construction practices of the industry.
LOTUS MFR has been developed based on LOTUS NR V2.0 and adapted to suit residential buildings.

The Assessment Fee is a one off charge (depending on the size of the project according to Table below) for the total administration process of LOTUS Provisional and LOTUS Full Certification and is bound by the Certification Agreement.
