• Air-conditioning systems installed only in bedroom, all have 5 stars under VNEEP label.
• East and west facades area representing 30.8% of the total facade area.
• 60% of the appliances having an energy efficiency label.
• The project installed a solar PV system of 5.4 kWp.
• A solar thermal system is installed.
• An energy monitoring system is installed. 
• Having an average luminous efficacy of 84.8 lm/W.

Water:

• Water-efficient WCs, taps, showerheads and clothes washer are installed.
• A water filtering system is installed.

Health and Comfort:

• All of occupied area have fresh air supply.
• All wet area and kitchen have exhausted fan.
• Low-VOC paint, sealant and ceiling product are used.
• All habitable spaces are compliant with requirements on daylight.
• CO2 sensors are installed

Material:

• 100% of non-structural walls made of concrete blocks

Others:

• 23.6% of the site is vegetated area.
• Having 74.6% of the total site area limits heat island effect
• Having an average site perviousness of 54.8%.
• Having separate bin for 3 type of waste.
• A Construction management plan and an Operation management plan are published.
