• Project has WWR of East and West facade are 2.7% and 13.9%.

• Project does not install Air-conditioner.

Water:

• Project uses natural water source from spring.

Material:

• 100% of nonstructural wall is made from non-baked brick.

• All roof area is made from dry leaf of palm which is sustainable roof.

Health and Comfort:

• 100% of occupant area have nature air supply.

• 100% occupied space is provided with natural daylighting.

Others:

• More than 80% of site area is green area.

• Project have organic composting area.

• LOTUS AP taken part in project.

• Project used brick made from local natural soil. Brick is handcraft by occupant and also a nonbaked brick type. This material is also belong to a published study of teacher of HUCE.
