Energy:

• The project achieves 29.6% of total building energy use reduction, 61.8% of LPD reduction, 63% of OTTV reduction and COP improvement of 54.8%.
• Using variable controls on all the HVAC systems.

Water:

• 47.2% of water savings through fixtures.
• No domestic water used for landscaping.
• 23% of the project’s total water consumption covered by harvested rainwater.

Health and Comfort:

• Use of low-VOC paints and coatings.
• 99.5% of the net occupied area achieves a direct line of sight to the outdoors and has quality views.
• 100% of occupied spaces supplied with sufficient fresh air.

Materials: 

• 33.5% of the total value of the materials in the project is from recycled materials.
• 36.4% of all building materials are local materials.
• 84.3% of all non-structural walls are made up of non-baked materials.

Others:

• BIM model was used to design the building.
• 47.85% of construction waste has been diverted from landfill.
• Commissioning of all systems installed performed and on-going commissioning process implemented.
• Green training provided to all occupants.
