GREEN FEATURES

Energy:

• The project achieves 48,7% of total building energy use reduction, 48.6% of LPD reduction, 58% of OTTV reduction and COP improvement of 11.46%.
• 16.49% of the total building energy use is from solar energy system of the building.
• Using variable controls on all the HVAC systems.

Water:

• 53.8% of water savings through fixtures.
• Having efficiency fixtures which are used for landscaping.
• Having a drinking water filtration system.

Health and Comfort:

• Use of low-VOC paints and coatings.
• Have slab made from low VOC product.
• 99% of occupied spaces supplied with sufficient fresh air.
• 95.3% of the net occupied area has quality external views.

Materials: 

• 24.55% of the total value of the materials in the project is from recycled materials and local materials.
• 83.9% of all non-structural walls made up non-baked materials.
• 79.3% of construction waste diverted from landfills.

Others:

• 32.4% of the paved and roof area that limits heat island effect.
• Smoking is banned inside the building.
• Green training provided to all occupants.
