Energy:

• The project achieves 36.7% of total building energy use reduction, 51.1% of LPD reduction and COP improvement of 26.46%

Water:

• 19.3% of water savings through fixtures.

Material:

• 19.65 % of the total material used in project have recycle content.
• 98% of non-structural wall is from non-baked material.
• Project have an area to collect and separate waste in operation stage

Health and Comfort:

• Smoking is banned inside of building. The outside smoking area met the requirement of LOTUS.

• More than 95% occupied space having fresh air supplying.

• Project install CO2 sensors and CO2 meters in some space that normally having many occupants.

• 76.26% of total occupied area have sDA meet the requirements.

• 83.52 % of occupied area has external view and all of them are quality views.

Others:

• Project publish a construction environmental management plan and perform all strategies to reduce the pollution from construction activities.
• 54.6 % of the paved and roof area limits heat island effect.
• Project have more than 10% of site area is public space.
• A very detail safety plan and safety training program are prepared and follow.
• A detail maintenance plan is prepared and followed.
