Last week in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction opened the Vietnam Green Building Week 2024 with the theme “Green building development: Transforming from policy to action”.
Vietnam Green Building Week is an event organized annually by the Ministry of Construction since 2020. Successfully organized 3 times from 2020 to 2023, Vietnam Green Building Week 2024 focuses on discussing new policies in the field of green building development in Vietnam; sharing experiences in building and developing green, smart buildings, responding to climate change, highly adapting to technology, applying digital transformation, towards the goal of sustainable development. Attending this year’s event, Mr. Douglas Lee Snyder – CEO of VGBC gave a speech on the topic “Green Building Construction Movement in the Asia Pacific Region and the World”, receiving high appreciation for its professionalism and practicality from experts. At the event, VGBC awarded LOTUS certificates to representatives of certified projects.
