The seminar is held by the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC) in cooperation with the Korean Green Building Council (KGBC), with the presence of Mr. Chungha Cha, Vice Chairman of the KGBC, Founder and Chair of Re-Imagining Cities Foundation. Mr. Cha has been in the finance industry for more than 25 years before working in the green building sector.

The event answers the question “How to enhance financial returns for investors with green building features“. Mr. Cha wholeheartedly believes that the key to changing the attitudes of skeptics lies in showing them the financial benefit of sustainable building investing. Because he was one of those skeptics.
