Official launch of LOTUS Multi-family Residential Pilot

Vietnam Green Building Council is delighted to announce the release of a new LOTUS Rating Tool: LOTUS Multi-family Residential Pilot (LOTUS MFR).
This tool has been developed based on LOTUS NR V2.0 and is adapted to suit residential buildings of more than 4 floors and with multiple separate dwelling units.

LOTUS MFR officially supersedes LOTUS Residential tool which is now outdated and not in phase with the construction practices of the industry.
