The VGBC was proud to join the 2023 PropertyGuru Vietnam Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on the 10th of November, 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event highlighted exceptional property developments from 2023 across a variety of asset classes. VGBC’s executive director, Mr. Douglas Snyder, was fortunate to serve as a judge this year to help support a newly introduced sustainability criteria in the competition. The event highlighted the ever advancing sophistication of developers in Vietnam even in a difficult market.
