Energy:
53.8% of total building energy use reduction compared to baseline thanks to the use of high-efficient VRV system with 60% of COP improvement, the use of LED lighting for an LPD reduction of 62.9% and an effective building envelope with an OTTV reduction of 59%.
Water:
Achieve the synergies by reducing water use through sanitary fixtures by 39.4% and rainwater harvesting that help to cover 28.8% of total project’s water consumption.
Material:
Contribute to embodied carbon/energy offset by using 44% of sustainably sourced timber and non-structural walls installed with 100% non-baked materials
Health and Comfort
Improve the occupant satisfaction by introducing daylighting and external views into working space and providing C02 monitoring. IAQ test was conducted during occupancy.
