Cường độ sử dụng năng lượng (Energy Use Intensity) giảm 53.8% so với baseline (công trình mô phỏng đạt QCVN 09), với việc sử dụng hệ thống VRV tiết kiệm năng lượng, chỉ số COP cải thiện 60%, sử dụng đèn LED chiếu sáng, giảm 62.9% mật độ công suất chiếu sáng (LPD), thiết kế vỏ công trình cách nhiệt hiệu quả, OTTV giảm 59% (so với yêu cầu của QCVN 09).
Sử dụng nước sạch hiệu quả:
Sử dụng các thiết bị vệ sinh hiệu quả, giảm 39.4% nhu cầu sử dụng nước sạch. Các giải pháp thu gom nước mưa giúp đáp ứng 28.8% nhu cầu sử dụng nước.
Vật liệu thân thiện môi trường:
Có các giải pháp làm giảm lượng carbon hàm chứa, 44% nguyên liệu gỗ sử dụng từ nguồn nguyên liệu có chứng nhận quản lý rừng bền vững. 100% tường không chịu lực được sử dụng vật liệu không nung.
Sức khỏe và Tiện nghi
Thiết kế chiếu sáng tự nhiên, cung cấp tầm nhìn ra bên ngoài cho nhân viên, theo dõi nồng độ CO2, đo lường và kiểm tra chất lượng không khí trong nhà, v.v. là các giải pháp được thực hiện nhằm đảm bảo sức khỏe, năng suất lao động cho nhân viên.
Các giải pháp khác:
Tích hợp các giải pháp thiết kế thụ động trong quá trình thiết kế;
Nâng cao nhận thức cho nhân viên, đội ngũ quản lý vận hành công trình về các đặc tính xanh của công trình để vận hành, sử dụng công trình hiệu quả
Hơn 30% diện tích khu đất có thảm thực vật, được trồng cây xanh, làm tăng tính thoát nước và hạn chế tác động tiêu cực đến môi trường.
