Webinar: Energy benchmarking to realize improved Energy Efficiency in Buildings

Energy benchmarking can help cities use building energy information to assess performance and design and implement policies and programs for energy efficiency improvement in existing buildings. Benchmarking data can also support setting locally appropriate targets for new buildings. The webinar, which is the 4th session of the Building Energy Efficiency (BEE) Community of Practice (CoP) will highlight opportunities that energy benchmarking offers to cities to advance building efficiency. Experiences and insights from benchmarking efforts from the region, including China and India, will be shared with participants to support replication of similar initiatives.
