This project is a kindergarten, part of the British International School in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City, for children below 5 years old. It will feature classrooms, office area for admin staff and teachers, a gym, an auditorium, a swimming pool, a splash pool, green areas, playgrounds. The building is organized around an inner courtyard.

The project obtained LOTUS Certification at Certified level in December 2018.

Some of the green features of the project include:

• 50% of energy use reduction thanks to: OTTV reduction of 67% and LPD reduction of 60% compared to QCVN 09:2017/BXD requirements and the use of efficient VRF systems for cooling.
• 53.9% of water savings through fixtures
  
• All adhesives, sealants and floorings have low-VOC content.
• Provision of fresh air supply and external views.
