Dự án Nhà máy Phụ liệu Phú Cường đạt Chứng nhận Công trình xanh LOTUS Gold

Là một nhà máy chuyên cung cấp phụ liệu cho ngành may mặc Việt Nam, Phụ liệu Phú Cường (huyện Định Quán, Đồng Nai) đã trở thành dự án đầu tiên đạt chứng nhận LOTUS Vàng theo Hệ thống chứng nhận Công trình xanh LOTUS v3 cho Công trình xây mới. Chứng nhận LOTUS cung cấp một hệ thống toàn diện các tiêu chí về tiết kiệm tài nguyên, sức khỏe và tiện nghi làm việc cho cán bộ, công nhân viên nhà máy. Việc đạt chứng nhận LOTUS ở mức Vàng cũng thể hiện cam kết của Phụ liệu Phú Cường đối với chiến lược phát triển thân thiện với môi trường, góp phần vào mục tiêu biến ngành may mặc Việt Nam thành ngành công nghiệp bền vững.

Năng lượng:

• Giảm 48.2% tổng mức sử dụng năng lượng của tòa nhà nhờ vào các yếu tố sau:
  • Sử dụng tấm làm mát để làm mát khu vực sản xuất
  • Sử dụng hệ thống máy lạnh với hệ số hiệu quả năng lượng (COP) cải thiện 13.57% so với yêu cầu của QCVN 09:2017/BXD
  • Giảm 76.4% mật độ công suất chiếu sáng (LPD) so với yêu cầu của QCVN 09:2017/BXD nhờ vào việc sử dụng hiệu quả hệ thống đèn LED
• Hệ thống điện mặt trời được lắp đặt tại dự án (theo thỏa thuận cấp phép năng lượng điện mặt trời) với công suất 841 và sản lượng ước tính 1187 MWh/năm, tương đương 115% tổng năng lượng sử dụng ước tính của dự án

Nước:

• Tiết kiệm 49% lượng nước tiêu thụ thông qua các thiết bị vệ sinh sử dụng nước hiệu quả
• 42% tổng lượng nước tiêu thụ của dự án được cung cấp bởi hệ thống thu nước mưa
• Đồng hồ nước được lắp đặt trên toàn bộ hệ thống sử dụng nước chính của dự án

• 3% diện tích sử dụng được cấp khí tươi
• Tất cả các loại sơn, chất phủ và sàn có hàm lượng VOC thấp
• 93% diện tích sử dụng được cung cấp ánh sáng tự nhiên
• 99% diện tích sử dụng có tầm nhìn tốt ra không gian bên ngoài

Một số đặc tính khác:

• 83% các vật liệu sử dụng có nguồn gốc là vật liệu bền vững, hàm lượng của các vật liệu (thép, bê tông, thạch cao, mái tôn) cũng có thành phần tái chế
• 71% chất thải xây dựng được vận chuyển đến bãi chôn lấp
• Khu vực có độ thấm trung bình 40.07% để hạn chế nước mưa chảy tràn
• 6% diện tích mái và gạch lát hạn chế hiệu ứng đảo nóng nhờ vào mái thép phản quang
• Hệ thống được vận hành thử nghiệm (commissioning) để đảm bảo các hệ thống trong tòa nhà được cài đặt tốt và đang hoạt động như dự kiến
