Dự án Nhà liên kế Bi Eco Suites Hanoi đạt chứng nhận Công trình xanh LOTUS Gold 

Bi Eco Suites là dự án đầu tiên tại Hà Nội đạt được chứng nhận xanh theo hệ thống đánh giá công trình LOTUS Home v1. Sử dụng Năng lượng hiệu quả:

• Thiết kế thụ động: Công trình không bố trí cửa kính trên mặt đứng hướng Tây và tỷ lệ tường kính WWR trên mặt đứng hướng Đông là 3.1%. Đồng thời thực hiện mô phỏng nhiệt ở giai đoạn thiết kế cơ sở giúp tối ưu hóa việc lựa chọn loại kính được sử dụng.
• Lớp vỏ công trình: Sử dụng kính kép low-E
• HVAC: COP cải thiện 49.1% so với yêu cầu tại QCVN 09:2013/BXD
• Chiếu sáng nhân tạo: LPD thấp hơn 4W/m2
• Đun nước nóng: Lắp đặt máy nước nóng bơm nhiệt với COP 4.2
• 95% Thiết bị sử dụng điện (dựa trên công suất định mức) được dán nhãn tiết kiệm năng lượng

Sử dụng nước hiệu quả:

• Sử dụng vòi nước, sen tắm và máy rửa bát tiết kiệm nước
• Lắp đặt hệ thống lọc nước uống (Bao gồm bộ lọc cặn lắng, bộ lọc carbon hoạt tính và bộ lọc UV)

Sức khỏe và Tiện nghi

• 95.2% không gian ở đảm bảo được cấp khí tươi nhờ thông gió tự nhiên
• Sử dụng sơn, lớp phủ, keo dính, vật liệu lát sàn có hàm lượng VOC thấp, hạn chế phát thải khí độc hại.
• 73.4% không gian ở được chiếu sáng tự nhiên

Một số giải pháp khác:

• Toàn bộ sàn hoàn thiện là vật liệu bê tông sàn kết cấu, công trình có vai trò lấp kín chỗ trống trong khu đất xây dựng, vị trí gần các điểm giao thông công cộng và dịch vụ cơ bản.
• Đặt các chậu cây trên sân thượng và tất cả các ban công
• 68.3% diện tích lát và mái hạn chế hiệu ứng đảo nhiệt đô thị (phần lớn diện tích mái được che phủ bởi các tấm pin mặt trời)
