Việc lựa chọn sản phẩm, vật liệu xanh đáp các ứng yêu cầu của Chứng nhận LEED v4 phức tạp hơn so với các phiên bản LEED trước đây do nhiều khái niệm và yêu cầu mới về vật liệu được giới thiệu, đa phần còn khó hiểu và xa lạ với thị trường vật liệu xây dựng tại Việt Nam. Do tỷ trọng và ảnh hưởng của các vật liệu và sản phẩm xanh hiện diện xuyên suốt các hạng mục và tiêu chí của LEED v4, việc lựa chọn chính xác các sản phẩm phù hợp có thể giúp dự án dễ dàng đạt điểm Chứng nhận, thậm chí một lựa chọn có thể giúp giành điểm ở nhiều hạng mục/tiêu chí. Ngược lại, lựa chọn không hợp lý có thể khiến Dự án khó đạt được mục tiêu chứng nhận.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″]1. Giới thiệu về tác động của vật liệu và sản phẩm xây dựng đối với môi trường và sức khỏe con người.
2. Phân tích vai trò của chủ đầu tư, đơn vị thiết kế, nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp vật liệu và các đơn vị liên quan của đội dự án trong việc đáp ứng yêu cầu tại các tiêu chí, hạng mục của Chứng nhận LEED v4.
3. Xác định các Điều kiện tiên quyết (Prerequisite) và tiêu chí tính điểm (Credit) trong LEED v4 có yêu cầu đối với sản phẩm và vật liệu xanh.
4. Phân tích 5 nhóm hạng mục trong LEED v4 (Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere) nhằm:
- Xác định các tiêu chí và số điểm tương ứng trong từng hạng mục liên quan tới vật liệu, sản phẩm xanh;
- Giải thích các khái niệm chính, yêu cầu tại các giải pháp và số điểm Chứng nhận tương ứng;
- Phân tích vai trò của đơn vị thiết kế và nhà cung cấp sản phẩm trong việc đáp ứng yêu cầu tại một số tiêu chí;
- Xác định, giải thích các tiêu chí và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan, các chương trình chứng nhận hoặc dán nhãn sản phẩm được công nhận;
- Phân tích tính khả thi và tác động chi phí của một số giải pháp và yêu cầu của Chứng nhận;
- Ví dụ minh hoạ tại các dự án thực tế.
