Năng lượng:

• Thiết kế thụ động hiệu quả, hạn chế diện tích mặt đứng hướng đông tây, đảm bảo hầu hết cửa kính cho đi kèm thiết kế chắn nắng.  
• Hệ thống ĐHKK hiệu quả, hệ số COP cải thiện 36.8% so với yêu cầu của QCVN 09:2013/BXD
• Hệ thống chiếu sáng sử dụng đèn LED đạt mật độ chiếu sáng (LPD) 3.75 W/m2

Sức khỏe và tiện nghi

• 95% không gian sống được đảm bảo cấp khí tươi.
• Toàn bộ sản phẩm sơn, phủ, chất kết dính, keo dán được sử dụng có hàm lượng VOC thấp, hạn chế phát ra khí thải độc hại
• Toàn bộ không gian sống được cung cấp chiếu sáng tự nhiên hài hòa

Vật liệu:

• Toàn bộ cửa sổ và cửa ra vào được làm bằng vật liệu tái chế (nhựa uPVC với tỷ lệ tái chế 30%, thép tái chế…)
• Sử dụng gạch không nung cho tường vách bao che, lát gạch cỏ cho sân vườn
• Bên trong nhà sử dụng vật liệu lát sàn từ gỗ trồng cho chứng nhận được khai thác từ nguồn rừng bền vững

Cảnh quan và Môi trường:

• 34.8% diện tích khu đất được bao phủ bởi cây xanh (gồm 27 loại cây khác nhau, đa phần là các loại cây bản địa và cây thích nghi tốt với biến đổi khí hậu) cùng rất nhiều mảng tường xanh, mái xanh, ban công xanh, góp phần giảm hiệu ứng đảo nhiệt đô thị.
• Khả năng thẩm thoát nước trung bình 56.3% nhờ thiết kế lát đường dạng lưới mở, không vỉa kết hợp cùng hệ thống mái xanh
• Quá trình thi công được quản lý hạn chế ô nhiễm bụi, tiếng ồn, ô nhiễm nguồn nước ảnh hưởng đến dân cư xung quanh, đồng thời tái chế, tái sử dụng rác thải xây dựng.
